Looking to purchase a used Tomcar. My first experience driving the TM2 was in Hawaii. We took one of those over priced adventure tours in Kauai that took us into the center of the island. I've been an avid rider for years, so has my wife and three boys. After 5 minutes in the Tomcar, I was hooked. Unfortunately, used machines are no where to be found in the Pacific Northwest.
What model are you looking for?

ChadChad, I'm looking for a TM2. I did take a trip to Arizona and visited Sanderson Ford and drove the new 2010 TM2. Really nice, great power with the new 4Cylinder engine, but its a little expensive for my budget.
Let me know what you have for sale, price, and details. feel free to send pictures to cmoryfish@gmail.com. BTW I live in Oregon, so I'm not to far away.
thanks Cmorty.

I know this is an old thread, but I see Anthony from Sandersons mentioned here and there a few times. Just a heads up; He's no longer with them. They tried to connect me with someone, but they never picked up. I don't know whose in charge there.

Sanderson Ford was able to help me. In July they sold me a new 2010 demo. Although it did have a damaged lower A arm the price was right.
Lots of fun, but now I need a second set of rear rims for sand paddle tires

Yes, Anthony is no longer there. I do a lot of business with Sanderson. I am not sure exactly who the "Tomcar" salesman is, but I can find out if you still want to talk with someone.

I wonder why more people that sale and race prep Tomcars
are not on this site offering their help. We are all going to need a place to buy parts and get service, and having some kind of relationship with
someone would be nice.
Happy New Year everyone!
If anyone needs help or direction or service contact me. I own Sedona Off-road Center in Sedona Az and have six years experience with the Tomcar and have seen just about everything that could happen to one, therefore I usually know what direction to go for fixing it and where some parts can be purchased more locally

they can be rebuild. they also have ball joints that sometimes need to be replaced.( at a cost of 20.00ea.) If you do not fix in time. Then you have to replace! later.....

If you're sure the shock is the problem by applying pressure on the suspension, make sure the bushings are good. Also, my recent replacement A arm was a chore to do by myself. If you're adding air to the shocks you need an air compressor that exceeds 200 Psi. Its not possible to utilize an air check to gage the psi. Because of the small volume.
I would check bushings first; upper and lower for slop then make sure ball joints are well lubed. You can contact Tomcar for a full description of maintenance and repair procedures.
You can find repair diagrams for the T25 through the Tomcar Canadian website which shows great diagrams.
Good luck from "do it yourself Tomcar in OREGON "

thanks cmonty and joe
I have the 200 + air. they are leaking out, will the rebuild kit replace or
repair the air side of the shock?
The ball joints are good, and the bushings are tight
