Where is the vehicle now? How long would it take to ship it to New York?

How is the condition of the vehicle... and before that why is it that u want to sell this ?

The condition is great, only 14 hours. We are building a house, and I don't have time to play with it. Between 4 kids, working 6 days a week, and this house thing, it just sits.

Hi,

I purchased my Tomcar TM4 new in 2008, it now has 54 hours on it (approximately 1350 miles). California DMV is pulling the plates on it and, unfortunately, I need something that is licensed for the highway.

I am negotiating with the factory and dealer to take back the vehicle, however t is snowed in at my cabin in the Sierra's near Lake Tahoe and I won't be able to retrieve it until spring.

They would prefer that I sell it and then we would work out the details, however, if not sold by spring, I will be towing it back to them.

Any negotiations on the price would have to be between myself, the factory and/or the dealer.

This is the most awsome off-road vehicle I have ever owned, and I have had my share. You can read some of my posts here on this forum. I also have spacers for 14" tires and a tow bar (that belongs to the factory) if anyone whats to purchase it with the vehicle.

As there are no other vehicles in it's class, I will now have to build one, which I am budgeting approximately $40,000 for, and will have to start with a VW pan to keep it street legal in California - NOT an easy task, but doable, for a price!

They (the factory) would prefer that I sell it and then we would work out the details, with them making up the difference. Their loss is your gain!

The factory and I have come to an agreement, we will be offering the Tomcar for $10,000, FOB Strawberry, CA. Anyone who has shopped for a low hour TM4 knows this is thousands below wholesale, and less than half the price of a new one. We open up our cabin on May 15th but should have access to our garage (Tomcar) a bit earlier.
